These are a few new patterns for HEMA that I designed. The patterns are on many more items, but these are the ones I liked best, especially the tea towel with the flower patch stitched on. It’s always a nice surprise to see what my patterns are used for when I visit the stores!”

There are 16 gift notes (with 2 different designs) and 16 envelopes in a box, and the best thing is they are made with environmentally-friendly materials and soy-based inks! “Hi, Lilla! I have been designing Back to school stationery for Dutch department stores HEMA for a few years now. The stationery collection is available in over 500 stores in Europe. It has diaries, notebooks, book wrapping paper, even USB sticks, a floral computer mouse and everything else you could need for when school starts.. I love working on it and it is always great to see the end results in the store. This is a small part of last year’s collection and of this year. I hope you like it!”

I received an email from Adrianne Pouw, who makes beautiful crochet accessories for children and dolls. She told me she is inspired by my work and she sent me a picture of a wonderful Blythe doll hat inspired by stationery I designed for Dutch department store HEMA. I think it’s great when someone is inspired by my work! She has an Etsy store where she sells her accessories.”
