This weekend, I participated in the Igloo Press Anniversary Bazaar. The event featured a wonderful group of local artists, jewelers, crafters and foodies. I sold some goodies, made some new friends, and enjoyed the warm vibe of the Columbus creative community. I spent the entire day stationed across from the Patty Cake Bakery booth, so I was thrilled when I finally got my very own chocolate cupcake. Life doesn’t get much sweeter. Mmmmmm…..”

“As well as being part of Lilla’s group, I am a full time professor of Illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). I am currently teaching a class called ‘edible illustration’- pretty self explanatory! We just did a project with a view to it being posted on www.theydrawandcook.com. Well, Nate loved the work and is not only posting every image- the work is also being considered for inclusion in the upcoming recipe book! So kudos to my talented and lovely students, and thanks to Nate and Salli at TDAC!”
