Month: February 2010
I have been receiving some fan mail lately which is great! A while ago I met someone by accident who told me she was a big fan of my work. She had even painted some of my characters from a bedding design on the walls of her son’s nursery. She showed me some pictures and I couldn’t believe my eyes! I have attached a few pictures so you can take a look…

I received images of the new line of Enviro Care tissue boxes and wanted to share them with you (My design is the one on the lower left). They will be sold as packs in Costco Canada.

The Art party will be taking place in Manchester, New Hampshire on February 17. The parties exist to “bring artists and the creative class together to discover work, meet like-minded people, and socialize.” For this event, they will be showcasing my work (I won’t be in attendance). Everyone is invited.”
Wednesday: New Pattern by Mati McDonough
Marco’s playing with texture and lettering here. It’s pretty. Have a good weekend.

I’ve been meaning to take some pix of these lovely items that arrived in the post a few weeks ago! These two Travel Mugs, “Love this Planet” and “Life is a Garden”, were created for Art Boutique by Pine Ridge Art. Each Travel Mug comes in its own patterned oval box and would make a great gift. I received one sample of each, but my family were all in town and they wanted to purchase them right away!
Friday: New work by Marco Marella

Here are some photos of some projects that were made with your collections.
I thought you would appreciate seeing these and may be interested in posting them on your blog.
The banner is made from the Summer Fun Collection
The box is from your Flirt Collection
The desk organizer is from your Cutie Pie Girl Collection
The wine box / Barbie box was decorated with your Birthday Surprise Collection.
All of the items came from our Bare Elements line and started off completely white.
It’s fun to see what people do with our product.
Anyway, hope you have having a great day!
