  • Nice. But on another topic…”with thousands of submissions a year” and this new addition to your full roster of artists, why are you starting a global talent search?

    • Hi Roger. Great question! There are a few answers…
      1. It’s way fun to have the Global Talent Search! We like to have fun! Exciting!
      2. We get to see how artists respond to assignment briefs, rather than just viewing jpgs and websites. We’ll get to know the artists a bit more.
      3. It’s a far more organized of a way to view all the work of interested artists rather than piecemeal, as the work comes in, and as the whole staff has time to review it.
      4. We always need a new artist from time to time. Business is never static. We’re growing all the time. We’re not full, by the way. We have room for a few more! It’s based on: Are we staffed enough to handle the work? Are we growing and our clients are demanding more work? Yes and yes.
      5. The Global Talent Search allows the artists who enter to get their work in front of our incredible panel of judges from across several hot industries, and (if they get shortlisted) to showcase it to the world in our online gallery – rather than just me and my staff seeing it when it is submitted by email.
      Hope you will join us!
