SCAD Atlanta seeks a part-time professor of illustration to join the team that nurtures award-winning future illustrators.  Ideal candidates will add dimension to the department by possessing extensive industry experience in illustration for traditional and digital media, and comprehensive knowledge of the history of illustration. You should have strong drawing skills, a unique style, aesthetic and viewpoint, as well as published credentials, accolades and industry recognition.  The desire to encourage students to experiment and generate work in a range of styles and media is also essential to this role.

Requirements:
⎯ Terminal degree or its equivalent in illustration or a related field
⎯ Experience in licensing and surface design preferred
⎯ At least three years of commercial illustration and college-level teaching experience preferred.
